Welcome to the new website, People you should know. Are you tired of reading about the same old reality stars, which one is dating the other and who's been papped nipping out to buy loo roll in their Jim jams? Are you a bit sad reading about all the crime, the political corruption and the constant roadworks and diversions? Well you are in luck, so am I!

 

 

At People you should know, I wanted to create a space to highlight, to show off and to celebrate "ordinary people" doing extraordinary things. wether they want to talk about their childhood, a trip they had, or a career they have, or something they've done in their spare time.

I have tried with the setup of this website, to get a variety and people from all walks. In the very near future, I will be accepting submissions and nominations of people to interview. I want to get to know as many different and interesting people out there. With a city of 542, 599 - that's a lot of potential people you should know. I want to speak to scientists, authors, influencers, shopkeepers, nail technicians, wedding organisers - you name it. They may already have a social media platform or a following already, they may have no social media at all. But one thing is for sure, they are someone you will want to know!
